Business NBN Plans

Your phone system is only ever as good as the connection underneath it. That is why we offer business NBN plans alongside our VOIP services: one provider, one bill, and an internet connection we have set up specifically to carry voice traffic without hiccups.

Every plan below runs on the NBN network, so what is available at your address, and the top speed you can actually reach, depends on the technology connected to your building (fibre to the premises, fibre to the node, HFC cable and so on). Send us your address and we will check what you can get before you commit to anything.

Speeds shown are the NBN wholesale tier maximums for each plan. The speed you experience depends on your connection technology, the wiring inside your premises, Wi-Fi, and network conditions at the time. Typical evening speeds for your address are stated in your quote. Need symmetrical speeds or a guaranteed service level? NBN Enterprise Ethernet and business-grade service options with priority fault restoration are available on eligible addresses. Ask us.

Included with every plan

  • Unlimited data with no shaping and no excess-usage charges
  • A connection tuned for voice: phone traffic gets priority, so calls stay clear when the office is busy
  • A business-grade modem/router supplied pre-configured for your phone system
  • Static IP address available on request
  • Australian-based support from the same team that looks after your phones
  • A plain-English quote with any setup fees stated up front

How connecting works

  1. 1

    Check your address

We confirm which NBN technology serves your building and which speeds it can deliver, so you only see plans you can actually get.

  2. 2

    Pick a plan

Tell us how many people and phones you have and what the office uses the internet for. We will recommend a tier rather than just sell you the biggest one.

  3. 3

    We set it up

Your modem arrives configured for your phone system. If you are moving from another provider, we coordinate the changeover so your phones are not left without a connection.

  4. 4

    Switch over

We schedule the cutover around your business hours and test every phone once the new connection is live.

Frequently asked questions

Can I keep my phone numbers if I move my internet to VOIP24?

Yes. Your numbers are separate from your internet service. If your phones are already with us nothing changes, and if you are bringing phones across as well we port the numbers for you.

Do I need a new modem?

Usually we supply one, pre-configured so the phone system works the moment it is plugged in. If you have a suitable business-grade modem already, tell us the model and we will let you know whether it can be reused.

How much speed does a VOIP phone system actually need?

Not much. A single call uses roughly 100 kbps in each direction, so even the entry plan can carry many simultaneous calls. What matters far more is a stable connection and voice traffic being prioritised over everything else, which is how we configure every plan.

Is there a lock-in contract?

Plan terms are set out in your quote so there are no surprises. Ask us about month-to-month and fixed-term options; the right answer depends on whether equipment is included.

What happens to my calls if the NBN goes down?

Your VOIP24 phone service can divert incoming calls to mobiles automatically when your office connection is offline, so callers still reach someone. We can also discuss a 4G/5G backup connection for sites where downtime is not an option.

Can you check what is available at my address?

Yes, and it is the first thing we do. Send your address through the contact page or call us and we will confirm the NBN technology and speed tiers available before quoting.

Not sure which plan fits?

Tell us your address and how your office works. We will check availability and recommend a tier, no obligation.
